Caitlin

Caitlin has worked in the Financial Planning industry since 2020, starting in an administrative role before moving into paraplanning, where she developed a strong interest in preparing client advice documents and working alongside Financial Advisers on strategy.

She joined Carrick Aland Wealth Planning in 2025, where she applies her experience to business practices and procedures, supporting the delivery of consistent, high-quality service to clients. Caitlin grew up in Toowoomba and moved to Dalby in 2021.
