During the coronavirus upheaval, the majority of staff are now working from home, however we are ready to fully relocate and work remotely if instructed by government authorities.
We confirm that our Dalby and Toowoomba offices are still fully operational and we are committed to working with you, however our Chinchilla office premises is now closed due to circumstances out of our control.

In the interests of the health and safety of your team and ours, all our communication with you can be done digitally. Many of you already deal with us exclusively via these methods and will experience no service change. We are very experienced in working remotely and have been doing this for many years. If you just need a quick solution to meet on video, the free version of Zoom provides all the capabilities and features you need and takes about 30 seconds to sign up for a free user account.
- Step 1: Zoom Basic is the free version. Great for 1:1 unlimited video calling and group calls.
- Step 2: Download the Zoom Meetings software on your desktop and mobile. You can find Zoom’s download centre here. From there, just sign in and you’re ready to go! You don’t have to do anything once the account is set up. If you wish to have a chat with your accountant, just give us a call or send us an email beforehand to organise a meeting time. We will send you a meeting link to click on when it’s time for your meeting to begin.
Zoom also has a very helpful YouTube Channel featuring videos to instruct you on the use of their video platform. We recommend watching this introductory video as a starting point. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need any assistance in setting this up.
