SYDNEY, 30 JUNE — Carrick Aland is thrilled to announce being named the Regional/Suburban Firm of the Year at the prestigious 2023 Australian Accounting Awards.
This remarkable achievement highlights Carrick Aland’s exceptional expertise and dedication to providing superior accounting and financial services to clients in regional Queensland businesses and farms.
The judges were particularly impressed by Carrick Aland’s reputation as rural financial specialists, mentioning the tax and GST work provided to rural farming businesses on awards night. Carrick Aland plays a pivotal role in assisting clients with financial and business management, and succession in their rural farming businesses, where high-quality advice is vitally important in the regions.
Upon accepting the award, Director David Johnston expressed his gratitude for being selected as the winner from an outstanding field of contenders from ten regional east coast firms from as far north as Mackay and as far south as the Mornington Peninsula. David acknowledged the efforts of his fellow Directors and the entire team at Carrick Aland, emphasising their crucial contribution. He also extended his appreciation to generations of the firm’s clients, many of whom have been with Carrick Aland for the past 70 years, for their unwavering support.
