- Position: Taxation Accountant / Bookkeeper

Responsibilities:
As a Taxation Accountant / Bookkeeper at Carrick Aland, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with the preparation of Individual, Partnership, Trust, and Company Income Tax Returns
- Aiding in the preparation and lodgement of IAS’s and BAS’s
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets
- Corresponding with ATO and other regulatory bodies on various matters.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualities:
- Strong business record-keeping and compliance reporting knowledge
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to build repour with clients
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving mindset and aptitude
- A degree in Business/Commerce is highly regarded, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Quick adaptation to various software applications
- Experience with Xero software is a valuable advantage.
